Wimbledon is ideally located in the south west of london, approximately 6 miles away from central london. Wimbledon is well served by roads, rail and tube links. Heathrow airport is just 40 mins away by car. The main rail station is wimbledon station and is also the terminus of the disctrict line. Waterloo station is just 15 mins by train and Clapham junction 6 minutes. The rail station benefits from a good taxis service all day long.

The city is divided between the centre and Wimbledon Village, next to wimbledon common. The common is a good place to relax, cycle and even play golf. Wimbedlon is surrounded by a few private golf clubs.

Wimbledon benefits from both high quality standard housings and entertainment: numerous restaurants ( italian, chinese, french, lebanese, etc), bars, clubs, a Odeon cinema and a shopping mall (Centre Court). All the major supermarket brands are reprensented there (Waitrose, M&S, Sainsbury, Tesco and Morrisons).

Wimbledon is also the home of the Wimbledon tennis tournament in June and July every year.
